This is another proof of the true Filipino Values.  ( Sana po tularan pa natin ang ganitong gawain)

A Filipino driver Jonel Dignadisi personally turned over the money to the foreign tourist who left it inside his bus. I heared a different version of the exact value because according to GMA news TV it was about 470,000 dirhams (roughly P6..2 million) but according to Balitang Middle East (TFC) it was more 400,000 Iranian Rial (roughly more than 2000 dirhams only).

By the way this is not the amount that matters it was the honesty of a man who surrender a thing that is not belong to him… As a token of appreciation all the officer of the RTA congratulated him and given a receipt of return items a a proof of good deed he’s done… I heard a news that if you found something (e.g. money, valuable items etc..) here in Dubai you will received a receipt to proved that you are the one found that item and after a certain period  if no one claims that item this will be hand over to you and claim it. And I congratulate also all our Kababayan’s Bus Driver here in the UAE specially Dubai  also done the same thing  as Mr. Dignadise did.

So to all my Kababayans out here in UAE be honest if you found something Please surrender it.
